Review generation and reputation for a child care center
The numbers are the opportunity. The median child care listing has 6 reviews, 17.9% have none and 58.6% have fewer than ten. Twenty-five puts you above roughly four out of five centers.
The reason centers have so few is timing. A plumber asks when the drain clears. You have no equivalent moment, so build one. Three work: the first-week check-in call, parent conference day, and graduation or a move up to the next room.
The ask is a script, said out loud, not a QR code on the door. "It really helps other parents in the neighborhood find us. Could you leave us a Google review? I will text you the link right now." Then text the link before the parent reaches the car.
Two to four new reviews a month is healthy and looks natural. Fifteen in one week looks bought and Google treats it that way. Never offer tuition credit or a gift for a review. It violates Google policy and can cost you the reviews you already have.
Reply to every review. On a bad one, never confirm a child was enrolled, never name a teacher, apologize plainly and move it to a call. The reviews guide has the scripts.
