Appointment setting for a child care center
Most centers never do outbound, which is why it works. Enrollment is not only a search problem. Plenty of steady, long-stay families arrive through an employer, a landlord or a school, and nobody at your center has called those people.
Four lists are worth calling. Employers in your commute radius, especially hospitals and warehouses whose shift schedules ordinary centers cannot serve. HR and benefits managers who want a child care option to hand new hires. Apartment managers, who will put a flyer in every move-in packet. Elementary schools and churches for before and after school partnerships.
The offer is not a discount. It is a named contact and a simple arrangement: they refer, you hold a priority tour slot. Ten to twenty percent off the first month is a fine sweetener and costs less than a month of ads.
The fifth list is your own. Every inquiry from the last eighteen months that never enrolled. Those parents have another child, or their arrangement fell through, and nobody has called them.
Two weeks in, working looks like six to twelve booked appointments on the director's calendar, with notes.
